In order to have a legal marriage, you must have a license issued in the State in which you are being married. Here is some basic information about obtaining your marriage license in Oregon. You can obtain it from any county in Oregon and it can be used in any county in Oregon. It must be acquired no more than 60 days before your wedding day, and there is a 3-day waiting period. Some counties will also allow you to apply for your marriage license by mail.
